(7) Disassemble Swash bearing section by removing Spur gear 10. (Fig. 16)

(1) Disassemble Tool holder section. (Fig. 2)

(2) Remove Change lever. (Fig. 4)

(3) Separate Gear housing from Motor housing and remove Armature from Gear housing. (Figs. 6, 7, 8)

(4) Separate Inner housing section from Gear housing complete together with Torque limiter section. (Fig. 9)

(5) Separate Tool holder complete from Inner housing. And remove Flat washer 30. (Fig. 10)

(6) Swash bearing section can be removed from Inner housing section. (Fig. 15)

M4x16 Hex socket

head bolt ( 2 pcs. )

1. Remove M4x16 Hex socket head

bolts (2pcs) with Hex wrench 3

and 1R228 with Impact driver.

Note: Adhesive (threadlocker) is

applied on bolt thread.

2. Push Piston cylinder to the

nearest position (dead point)

to Armature side.

3. Pull the Swash bearing

section out of Inner housing

while twisting it.

2. Now, Swash bearing section is disassembled.

1. Set Swash bearing section on 1R022

and 1R023 placed on Arbor press.

Apply 1R281 to the shaft of Spur gear 10

and press it down.
